About Me
I am a strategic out of the box thinker that has a passion for working with iPhone & mobile applications, web 2.0 startups, social networks, and innovative corporations to turn early stage ideas into branded user experiences and products.
In 2009 I created a brand called Bars and Bars and launched the iPhone application Mic Check under that brand. Mic Check is a recording application targeted to an urban audience, using a User Centered Design process, Ethnography and Usability Testing as part of Product Development methodology. This personal project can be found in Apples App Store by searching for Mic Check.
While at Entriq (2005-2007), I conducted User Experience Analysis and Visual Design on a broad range of cross media products and proof of technology mobile concepts for many companies including; NBC Universal, Intel, Sony Connect, Sony Pictures, Discovery Communications, The History Channel, Anytime Media, Ultimate Fighting Championships, Sirius Radio, Prince, The Houston Rockets, and NBA Mobile
As a Certificate holder from Human Factors International (2006), I advocate a User Centered Design Process via Interaction design, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Visual design. As well as conducting user research to gather and analyze user data such as contextual inquiry, ethnography, user observations, user interviews, persona writing, and formal and informal Usability Testing methodologies.
I am a team player, very personable, and would be a positive addition to any project. I look forward to working with you. Sincerely, Pat
